Thanks Adam! You should do a podcast. I don't do one myself. I've considered it, but I know they take quite a bit of time, and honestly I don't know that I could be terribly interesting episode after episode (or for even ONE episode)! I do enjoy doing the parodies, and I've done silly videos (check out afewminuteswithgil.blogspot.com). But who knows - maybe someday. I'll be anxious to hear yours if you decide to give it a shot.
I am far from an expert so the best piece of advice I can give is to trust in your training. You've put in the time and the miles now it's time to put it all together. Most importantly, have fun. Can't wait for your race report.
One other thing, those parody songs on Run Run Live are freakin hilarious.
LOVE The video format.
ReplyDeletePacing is tough...Check runners world forums. they have a lot of pace suggestions on there.
Been toying with the idea of a podcast (and hear you on a LOT of podcasts). Do you have one?
Thanks Adam!

Great video, I must try this some time. Not brave enough yet with my South African accent...:)
ReplyDeleteI think mastering pacing comes with experience. I'm always very flexible with this and adapt my pace to how I feel on the day.
