Well, Whaddya Know!

I just received email notification that this here little blog has just received a 2010 Top 45 Fitness Blogs award!

Online Nursing Programs


What this means, and where it came from, I still have yet to learn. I'd like to think that my leg lamp is on the way.

I did, however, attend the ceremony to accept my award. The video clip is posted below:

    Julie, any time I ever start thinking I'm kind of a big deal (I rarely do), my wife makes sure to bring me back to earth in a gentle, loving way (or, sometimes, a bit more direct).

    Thanks Chris. I'll have you know that I'm currently a beefy 148 AND...I wasn't the lightest man on my Ragnar team (not to mention that I was probably 5 inches taller than him).
